CECEM has conducted hundreds of training courses, both public and customized courses, in different topics and expertise, for staff and local partners of many organizations, namely Norwegian Red Cross (NRC), Norwegian Mission Alliance (NMA), MCNV, CIAI, Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK), Child Fund Viet Nam (CFV), SNV, GIZ, UNICEF, ILO, etc.

CECEM also implemented many consultancies in project management, organizational management and development, policy advocacy, etc. for hundreds of development projects and bi-lateral programs funded by INGOs and International organizations, such as Oxfam Belgium (OSB), Maryknoll, UNDP, UNAIDS, JICA, Swish Development Cooperation, East Meets West (EMW), etc.

In addition, CECEM also conducted training courses and consultancy service in Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
