Training courses are designed to respond to the uniqueness of clients’ projects and the different learning and working needs of participants
Each training course is facilitated by 2 trainers
Training courses include inputs from people who have experience and expertise in the area of participants’ interest
The use of a variety of active training methods such as role playing, story telling, case study, demonstration, psycho-drama, coaching, stimulation, drawing, fishbowling and games helps increase participants’ creative thinking and problem solving
Participants have opportunities to practice during and at the end of each training course for optimum application of the learned knowledge and skills
Trainers make recommendations to the clients regarding ways to support each individual participant or groups of participant in their application of new knowledge and skills
Trainers provide reports in English or Vietnamese as requested by the clients
